Stelarhe

Mazatlán, Mexico

The Challenge - Construction Phase

We traveled to Mazatlán, Mexico to create visual materials, storytelling, photography and video for Stelarhe, a new residential development still in the construction phase.

At this stage, there was no finished amenities to simply walk through and shoot. There were just unfinished spaces, raw materials, construction elements, and couple of partially decorated showroom units with unfinished balconies and a vision of what the development would eventually become.

The Approach - Recreating the Spaces

We captured the development as it really existed — unfinished spaces, raw construction, architecture and surrounding views — and used AI to transform selected areas into visualizations of their potential.

For photography, this meant taking real images from the construction site and using AI to recreate unfinished interiors and architectural elements while maintaining the original perspective, composition, and character of the space.

We took the same approach into video.

Real footage became the foundation, while AI allowed us to visualize elements that didn't yet exist and transition between the development as it was and the development as it could become.

The result was a hybrid approach to real estate marketing:

Real construction.
Real locations.
AI-powered visualization.

Rather than replacing reality, AI became a way to extend it — helping viewers understand the vision behind a development before everything was finished.

The approach - Giving the Development a Story

A beautiful building can catch someone's attention. A story can make them remember it.

For the Stelarhe film, we wanted to move beyond the traditional real estate video and introduce something that developments don't often show: people and emotion.

We created characters specifically for the film and used them to turn the development into a place with a sense of life and connection. One of the most important creative decisions was choosing older characters.

Real estate marketing often focuses on young, aspirational couples or families. We wanted to show something different — characters with a sense of history, experience, and a lifetime of memories behind them.

Instead of presenting the development simply as a collection of apartments and amenities, the characters allowed us to imagine what it could mean as a place to live, connect, and create memories.

The story became a way of experiencing the architecture rather than simply looking at it.

Because ultimately, people don't fall in love with square meters.

They fall in love with the life they imagine happening there

After Before Before After

The Transformation - the story begun before the project got finished.

By combining real photography and video with AI visualization and cinematic storytelling, we were able to create a visual experience of the development before every element physically existed.

The real challange of real estate marketing isn’t showing what exists, It’s about helping people connect emotionally with a place—and making it memorable in an ocean of new developments.
